Soothing Dental is a family dental practice in Plymouth, Michigan, led by Dr. Alejandra deFuentes Cutter. Established in 1985, the practice has built a loyal patient base over 40 years with a focus on gentle, unhurried care. Their tagline says it best: "Dentistry Done Differently." Their previous site didn't reflect that philosophy or convert visitors into booked appointments.
The new site is built on ProcessWire with 13 individual service pages spanning preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and emergency care. Each service page is written to educate and build trust, particularly for patients who haven't visited a dentist in years. Appointment requests go through a native contact form with a one-business-day response commitment.
A patient resources section with downloadable forms, insurance information, and FAQs reduces front-desk workload. The gallery serves double duty as an office tour to ease patient anxiety and a showcase of results. Google review integration displays their 4.8/5 rating as social proof throughout the site. Structured data markup for healthcare providers and local SEO optimization help the practice rank for dental service keywords in Plymouth and surrounding communities.
